Encourage

"so encourage each other and build up each other just as you are already doing" (1thess5:11)

We are here for each other. There is goodness and there is evil in this world. There are mountains to climb, rocks to get in our way and waters to tread. We are here for each other. There is light and there is darkness, there's joy and there is sorrow. There are different seasons to get through, each with it's own challeges and preparations. We are here for each other. 

So many people around me lately have been discouraged with life. I looked up the word discouragement and when I recently did my own self study on this prefix "dis" I found it so interesting. The prefix "dis" actually means apart, asunder, away. Then I think of words like "discouragement, disenfranchised, disappointed, disablity" and more, I realize that it's meaning is the opposite of the prefix "en" is of the prefix "dis". En means to put in or on, to surround or cover to cause to be in something." Wow! I love this!  There's Encouragement, entitlement, encompass, enlightened, enriched and more. For in life we have good and bad, happy and sad, we learn to make the most of the two, fighting one with the other. We need each other for this don't we! 

Today if you are Discouraged , be encouraged that you have hope. If you are feeling Disabled in some area of your life, be enabled by your creator. If you are disappointed, be enlightened with new opportunities. 

Galatians 6:9 "And let us not lose hope in doing what is good for in due time we will reap a harvest of blessings if we do not give up"
