It is a constant theme in the lives of most people, how to say "NO" when you know that you have too much on your plate. We have to make conscious plans and decisions daily based on our core values, life-guided principles based on what we believe to be important. When you know your 'life's purposes' you can filter out what is important to you and what is something that can wait. Stephen Covey says it best, "you have to decide what your highest priorities are and have the courage-pleasantly, smilingly, nonapologetically-to say 'no' to other things. And the way to do that is by having a bigger 'yes' burning inside."
