persistence

"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it" Hebrews 12:11

No one really likes or enjoys "pain" or suffering....but when you relate it to when you 'work out' at the gym.. You may use a new muscle and it tears down, and "has pain" but only to rebuild a new, better, stronger  muscle...so it is in life...there are times we work out our lives through pain and suffering but if we persevere through that, you will have a new, stronger, better YOU.

per·se·ver·ance   1. steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement. 2.  continuance in a state of grace to the end
